SEA is a leading artistic company that offers a repertory of high quality works that exemplify wholesome and educational value, as well as provides a link to Latino Arts & Culture, multicultural understanding and self-esteem for all ages. SEA’s home base theater, Teatro SEA @ Los Kabayitos Puppet & Children’s Theater, is New York’s Only Latino Children’s Theater (possibly the only Latino Children’s Theater in the United States). Teatro SEA @ Los Kabayitos offers a year-round calendar of general audience and special school performances.

Our bilingual plays are written in a way in which all audiences are able to follow without missing a beat. In fact, many schools and parents wanting their children to learn a second language have taken advantage of our special format, and have often stated that this is the perfect venue to introduce children to a second language.
